Protein Frosting!



Hi friends!

Today I have a recipe for PROTEIN FROSTING and HEALTHY PANCAKES!



The pancakes reminded me so much of the Bisquik ones my dad used to make for us as kids. Except these have more protein and so white flour! :D

Healthy Pancakes
- 1/2 c whole wheat flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c greek yogurt
- 1/3 tsp baking powder

Mix and pour into your size that your desire shapes over a skillet at medium heat!
Feel free to top it with whatever you like....or some protein frosting :D

Protein Frosting
- 1/3 c vanilla casein
- 1/3 c whey protein of choice (I used Muscle Pharm's in Cookies and Cream)
- 1 packet of stevia

Add water until desired consistency is reached.


Today was leg day for me!

(about 500 pounds there)

I have a deep love for leg days because those are the days I lift the heaviest and feel the strongest. I've been doing all my training fasted now too! I have a routine that I've fallen into that really compliments my goals.

Upon Waking:
- get dressed for gym!
- drink 10g BCAAs
- take 300 mg caffeine, 800 mg green tea extract, and 12.5 mg of yohimbe
Then I head to the gym, do my workout, come back and eat!
Fasted training isn't for everyone, but if fat loss is your goal it definitely helps you get faster results. Just make sure to take in some BCAAs of some sort that you won't lose any muscle!

Fat loss is coming along slowly but surely. There's a 4 week difference between the two photos.
