We all have it. That one food that we can never turn down. We will do anything for it. It's perfect, it's wonderful, and in our eyes, it's the best thing that's ever happened.
Mine, in my opinion, is the most perfect food on this planet. It's the perfect combination of all things wonderful and once I have some, I can never stop.
My kryptonite is........
(And not once have I gotten salmonella. I'm starting to think that's a myth they've conjured up to make us stop eating dough and start making more cookies.)
As a person who's out to make healthy lifestyle choices, it's best that you know what your "kryptonite" is so that you know to save it for rare occasions...otherwise, you'll binge on it all the time! If you find that you get cravings for it all the time, finding healthy alternatives is a great way to keep your health in check while enjoying the flavor! I crave cookie dough every day (no joke) so when I chose my flavor of Quest bar, I usually will eat this one!
Eating one of these helps me keep my cravings in check while making a healthy choice. (I'll be doing a post about Quest bars later this week) Just search whatever food you love and then add "healthy" or "clean eating" at the end and see what comes up! You'd be surprised at what you find!
